Providing a great service to our clients is our top priority. In the event that you did not receive the balloons that you had ordered, or the service that you received was not professional, we will take prompt action to correct the situation. In order for us to take action we will need to be notified within 2 hours of the delivery. You may contact us by emailing us at balloonsinmotion@gmail.com. If the issue was a problem with the balloons that were ordered, we require that a photo of the balloons and the order number be included in the email to receive any sort of replacement or refund.

1. CANCELLATION POLICY
To obtain a full refund, cancellations must be made at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled delivery time. If a cancellation is made after this time, a 20% cancellation fee will be applied, and the remaining amount will be refunded to the customer, minus any additional costs incurred for any special orders or requests made by the client. These costs may include the cost of any special ordered items or services, as well as any associated shipping or reservation fees incurred prior to the delivery or event.
3. HOW TO CANCEL
To cancel your order, you must contact Balloons In Motion LLC via email and phone to confirm that your cancellation has been received. Our email address is balloonsinmotion@gmail.com, and our contact number is 800-931-3120.
3. SEVERE WEATHER POLICY
In cases of severe weather in which the customer is forced to cancel their event on the day of the event, a refund will be issued to the customer minus any product costs that were incurred by the decorating team to create the items for that event.
