Cancellation Policy

 

1.  CANCELLATION POLICY

To obtain a full refund, cancellations must be made at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled delivery time. If a cancellation is made after this time, a 20% cancellation fee will be applied, and the remaining amount will be refunded to the customer, minus any additional costs incurred for any special orders or requests made by the client. These costs may include the cost of any special ordered items or services, as well as any associated shipping or reservation fees incurred prior to the delivery or event.

3.  HOW TO CANCEL

To cancel your order, you must contact Balloons In Motion LLC via email and phone to confirm that your cancellation has been received. Our email address is balloonsinmotion@gmail.com, and our contact number is 800-931-3120.

3. SEVERE WEATHER POLICY

In cases of severe weather in which the customer is forced to cancel their event on the day of the event, a refund will be issued to the customer minus any product costs that were incurred by the decorating team to create the items for that event.
