CANCELLATION POLICY

 

1.  FOR PURCHASES OF $500 OR LESS

Cancellations must be made no later than 2 days prior to the scheduled delivery date to receive a full refund.  Any cancellations made after 2 days prior to the scheduled delivery date will be charged a 20% cancellation fee with the remaining balance of the order being refunded back to the customer.

Orders canceled within 1 day prior to the scheduled delivery date will not be refunded.

2.  FOR PURCHASES OVER $500

Cancellations must be made no later than 3 days prior to the scheduled delivery date to receive a full refund.  Any cancellations made after 3 days prior to the scheduled delivery date will be charged a 20% cancellation fee with the remaining balance of the order being refunded back to the customer.

Orders canceled within 2 days prior to the scheduled delivery date will not be refunded.

3.  HOW TO CANCEL

To cancel your order, you must contact Balloons In Motion LLC via email and phone to confirm that your cancellation has been received. Our email address is balloonsinmotion@gmail.com, and our contact number is 800-931-3120.

4. SEVERE WEATHER POLICY

In cases of severe weather in which the customer is forced to cancel their event on the day of the event, a refund will be issued to the customer minus any product costs that were incurred by the decorating team to create the items for that event.
